Event Details

Time/date: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM, 6 February 2021

Connor McKay at The Physio Movement is preparing the series for Jan 16, 23 and Feb 6. Runs will start and finish at The Physio Movement and prizes (first place and random spots) are donated by The Physio Movement.This will be one way to work off the excess Christmas Cheer

 Long Course 8.4 Km

  1. Start on Sturt Street and turn right into Jones Street.
  2. Go past the tanks and follow the track to the Maiden Hair Track – turn left.
  3. Follow the Maiden Hair Track to Scully Street, Morris Street and Knapp Street.
  4. Turn right into Walker Street, left into Morris Street, right into Hann Street and right into Maryvale Street.
  5. Follow Maryvale Street onto McClelland Street and turn left onto a trail behind the West End cemetery and exit on Church Street.
  6. Turn into Francis Street and then turn left into Echlin Street and left into Ingham Road (around the service station).
  7. Follow Ingham Road to Flinders Street and cross when safe to the new railway station.
  8. Follow the V8 track over the bridge over Ross Creek and then turn onto the path to cross the new overpass over the railway line.
  9. Follow the path along Ross Creek, past the stadium, cross Rooney Street and continue on the boardwalk to Victoria Bridge.
  10. Cross on the bridge, turn left and follow the path to Stanley Street. Turn right.
  11. Follow Stanley Street to Sturt Street, turn left and finish at the TPM carpark.

Short Course 4.8 Km.

  1. Start on Sturt Street and turn right into Jones Street.
  2. Go past the tanks and follow the track to the Maiden Hair Track – turn left.
  3. Follow the Maiden Hair Track to Scully Street, Morris Street and Knapp Street.
  4. Turn right into Walker Street, left into Morris Street, right into Hann Street and right into Maryvale Street.
  5. Follow Maryvale Street onto McClelland Street and turn left onto a trail behind the West End cemetery and exit on Church Street. Turn left.
  6. Follow Church Street to Ingham Road. Turn Left
  7. Follow Ingham Road to Sturt Street, turn left.
  8. Cross Sturt Street when safe at a pedestrian crossing and finish at the TPM carpark.

* You will need to pre-register your run by accessing the link: TRR Events Page

* Members and Non-members can register through the RevSport portal and will have to acknowledge the waiver.

* There are no registrations on the day and people won’t be able to simply join a run.

* Athletes are requested to turn up just over 15 mins before their start time.

* Athletes are responsible for bringing their own hydration / nutrition. Neither will be offered by TRR.

* Athletes are responsible for understanding the course. Please study the map beforehand (print and take if needed).
