Beginners Running Clinic
Time/date: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, 18 February 2017
The beginners clinics take place over 3 sessions, Sat 4th, 11th and 18th, starting at 6.00am
If you missed week 1 or 2 then you can still attend week 3.
IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OR LOOK ATHLETIC.
Wear comfortable clothing for the activity plus running or jogging shoes and a cap or hat.
Water is provided before and after the sessions. Tea, coffee and bickies are also included afterwards.
