This off season run is an 8km and 4km Handicap run just for fun where handicaps are awarded based on your 2024 runs whereby the slowest person starts first and the quickest person start last and everyone has the chance of winning. Here is a chance for partners or friends or rivals get to race each other .

The courses are out and back type course so you can see who you need to beat and who is catching you. There is a 8km long course and a 4km short course.

The run fee is a gold coin donation and non TRR members are also welcome.

Please check your start times on the front page of the website as the first starters leave at 5:45am and the quicks start about 6:30am.
