Long Course 7.6 Km

Start at the carpark at Poolwerx and follow McQueen Street to turn right into Lowth Street. Follow Lowth Street to turn left into Viles Street and continue onto the path beside the golf course. Follow the path beside the golf course along Viles Street, Quinn Street, Benson Street, Forrest Street and Lindsay Street then into Bicentennial Park. Continue on the path beside the river, then just before the exit to the streets, turn left and follow this path towards Queens Road. Exit the path onto Sooning Street, then Ahearne Street, Then left into Queens Road. At the entrance to Bicentennial Park, turn left then right onto the grass. Continue on the grass to exit onto Carmody Street. Turn left into Whyte Street, left into Goldring, then right into Hodel Street. At the end of Hodel Street, turn left into Bowen Road, then left into McQueen Street to finish at the Poolwerx carpark.

Short Course 4.7 Km

Start at the carpark at Poolwerx and follow McQueen Street to turn right into Lowth Street. Follow Lowth Street to turn left into Viles Street and continue onto the path beside the golf course. Follow the path beside the golf course along Viles Street, Quinn Street, Benson Street, Forrest Street and Lindsay Street then into Bicentennial Park. Continue on the path beside the river, then turn left and then left again into Carmody Street. Turn left into Whyte Street, left into Goldring, then right into Hodel Street. At the end of Hodel Street, turn left into Bowen Road, then left into McQueen Street to finish at the Poolwerx carpark.
