THE LONG COURSE WILL REMAIN MUCH THE SAME,BUT WILL START IN BICENTENNIAL PARK.
Long Course 8.13 Km
Start on the path near the carpark in Bicentennial Park. Turn left onto the river path, then just before the exit to the streets, turn left and follow this path towards Queens Road. Exit the path onto Philip Street, Sooning Street, then Ahearne Street, then left into Queens Road. At the entrance to Bicentennial Park, turn left then right onto the grass. Continue on the grass to exit onto Carmody Street. Turn left into Whyte Street, left into Goldring, then right into Hodel Street. At the end of Hodel Street, turn left into Bowen Road, then left into McQueen Street. Go past Poolwerx then turn right into Lowth Street. Follow Lowth Street to turn left into Viles Street and continue onto the path beside the golf course. Follow the path beside the golf course along Viles Street, Quinn Street, Benson Street, Forrest Street and Lindsay Street then into Bicentennial Park. Continue on the path beside the river to turn left to finish on the path near the carpark in Bicentennial Park.

THE SHORT COURSE WILL CHANGE TO START AT BICENTENNIAL PARK.
Short Course 4.4 Km
Start on the path near the carpark in Bicentennial Park. Turn left onto the river path, then just before the exit to the streets, turn left and follow this path towards Queens Road. Exit the path onto Philip Street, Sooning Street, then Ahearne Street, then left into Queens Road. At the entrance to Bicentennial Park, turn left then right onto the grass. Continue on the grass to exit onto Carmody Street. Turn left into Whyte Street, left into Riverview Street, then at the end turn left to rejoin the river path in Bicentennial Park. Continue on the path beside the river to turn left to finish on the path near the carpark in Bicentennial Park.

* Athletes are requested to turn up just over 15 mins before their start time.
