Remember, its an early start, 6.00am .
Every one is welcome. Cost is a gold coin donation. The courses vary and are normally about 8km in distance, but there is no compulsion to follow or complete the selected route. There is usually a short course of less than 5 Km.
Why not organise a run for one of the Saturday morning runs during the off season and then you can make the kind of course that you prefer. A roster is available at the Saturday Runs.
