Strand Off Season

Time/date: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, 4 January 2025

The new year is here and so now the off season runs are from the Strand.

Every one is welcome.  Cost is a gold coin donation.  The courses vary and are normally about 8km in distance, but there is no compulsion to follow or complete the selected route.  There is usually a short course of less than 5 Km. 

Remember, it's a 6.00 am start.
