Starts from City Oasis Inn, 143 Wills Street, The City on Saturday the 16^th March 2023.

Long Course:-7.7 Km

The course starts at the City Oasis Inn on Wills Street and turns left into Stanley Street, then right into Walker Street and left into Blackwood Street and right into Sturt Street. Follow Sturt Street through the cutting and do a right hand U turn into Jones Street and follow Jones Street to the first water tank. Follow the dirt trail onto the Maiden Hair track and then onto Hillside Crescent and continue onto Stanton Terrace. Cross Victoria Street and take the path to the continuation of Stanton Terrace, into Gregory Street and turn left onto the road to Castle Hill.  Turn onto the path between Castle Hill Road and the houses and then into Stanley Street. Turn right into Stuart Street, right into Alexandra Street, left into Kennedy Street and follow Kennedy Street to the Strand.  Turn right onto The Strand path and follow the path to Mariners Drive, turn right and the follow the Strand (road) to turn right into Wickham Street (around the old Customs House), continue onto Flinders Street and turn left at Denham Street to cross the bridge.  At Palmer Street, cross Victoria Bridge and follow Stokes Street to Wills Street, turn left to finish at the City Oasis Inn.

Short Course:- 4.5 Km

The course starts at the City Oasis Inn on Wills Street and turns left into Stanley Street, then right into Walker Street and left into Blackwood Street and right into Sturt Street. Follow Sturt Street through the cutting and do a right hand U turn into Jones Street and follow Jones Street to the first water tank. Follow the dirt trail onto the Maiden Hair track and then onto Hillside Crescent and continue onto Stanton Terrace. Cross Victoria Street and take the path to the continuation of Stanton Terrace, then into Gregory Street. Follow Gregory Street to turn right into Eyre Street, continue into Denham Street then right into Wills Street to finish at the City Oasis Inn.
